Smoking is not allowed in the rooms and all other areas in the building.
Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is provided with a fully equipped kitchen. When leaving the apartment, all personal belongings as well as all food brought in are taken back. The refrigerator is emptied upon departure. The dishwasher is also left empty and the kitchen cabinets are filled in the same arrangement as they were upon arrival.
The tenant purchases garbage bags from the municipality for his own use.
Sufficient cleaning products and appliances are provided to keep the apartment clean during your stay. When checking out, the apartment will be cleaned by our services, but this does not mean that we have to go to the container park to deposit waste or other. If this is the case, an additional fee of €50 per hour will be charged on top of the waste processing costs.
